This document was found in a collection of papers once stored in the attic of Buckingham Friends Meeting. The back of the document indicates that it was sent to Middletown Monthly Meeting. These documents are now in the archive of the Friends Historical Library at Swarthmore College.
The main topics of the yearly conference were rules relating to marriage and the decision to begin meeting in Philadelphia every year instead of alternating between Philadelphia and Burlington.
